My Login Window Is Too Small and Can't Be Resized

I share my library with multiple people, so when trying to switch accounts, I literally cannot switch back to my account because the login/"who's playing" window is so small it doesn't show all the options, and I cannot resize it or scroll to my profile. I'm at my wit's end, here. I have games with limited time events that end this week, I need to be able to log in.

Explan Resolution just in case this matter, this is not for me itys for other steam user also, and explan small mode large mode or big picture, why we are at it.

and native GPU resolution and monitor size.

because no matter what it also look like to big or scale is way off, i mean most will see things to smal should still have all option, even then you cant read them because tekst is to small.

other then that not even sure what will fix this maybe.

all this stille require GPU Driver is installed most time windows Driver is sometimes not good enough, then GPU Brand support did not give newest to MS so you fetch it from there.

im sure you are right and know all this, but we cant mind read here.

most have this on auto update, im sure you also have this , so this is a tough one, unless something cauase GPU driver issue , you can try role back to previous driver, if you suspect thats the problem. and still dont explan only with steam login.
