*STEAM HELP* refunds
So I've tried twice to refund something and the second time, I was really hoping a non-robot would read my thing because I went past 2 hours of play time and asked nicely. (below 9 hours)
Can anybody tell me if steam can refund this if I ask nicely again?

Find the purchase here and click on it: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase
Then use the "I have a question about this purchase" option and explain politely. Perhaps ask to be refunded to the wallet. If they still say "no", take that as a final answer.

Over 4 times the allowed play? Probably not going to happen...

8 hours is 4x the refund limit

no you're not getting a refund
Below 9 but above means 2-7 hours above 2 hour limit. Depending on how much higher and if its within the 2 week limit they may accept it but for that you need submit a a manual request as explained above and hope for a different answer.

the refund system is not there for you to demo games. if they feel you are abusing it, they can revoke the accounts ability to do refunds.

You can't. Your outside the widow. You can try a manual request if you're a little outside the window. And I do mean little not 7 hours above they may grant it. but that is NOT guaranteed and you'll need to be within the 2 weeks since purchase

Go here and fine the game then select it and choose I have a question and explain the issue

its a dlc, plus i don't think it has the option to make it manual

so if i played it for 8 hours 40 minutes it would not count as "refundable" by the auto refund system. So i need to know how to make it manual.
