then "i no longer have access to this phone number"
then "i no longer have access to this email adress"
then there's the page to proof ownership for the account.

(They really should make those steps easier to find...)
Without looking at the guide, I just tested how difficult it was.
So I start at the frontpage. Main nav contains support, well that what am i lookin for. Top option is help, cant login.
Those steps are exactly where I would look for.
For everyone else it’s always been your account name - never your email address.
So, yeah, nothing to do with a Windows update.
