Verifying Card Please Help

I am trying to verify the physical dasher direct card that I got from door dash. And when I call them they say that the problem is on steams end I saw the part where they say that virtual cards will take 3 days to activate. But this is a physical card and I see the charge attempt for a dollar in my transaction statement the bank has acknowledged and allowed it yet I cannot seem to verify still.
