Workshop item stuck awaiting analysis by automated content check system

Workshop item 2952064409 is stuck with the message "This item is awaiting analysis by our automated content check system. It will be temporarily hidden until we verify that it does not contain harmful content (e.g. links to websites that attempt to steal information)." It's probably been about 10 minutes now. It's an old Quake 3 character model, uploaded to workshop for Quake Live. The description contains a disclaimer that I didn't create it, credits the original creator, and has a link to the website where I found it. When I initially uploaded it, it didn't have a problem, and the link displayed just fine. This message appeared when I edited the description to include the modelname and skins. I also have other models on the workshop with the exact same link in their description, with no problems.
