You probably won't be able to get your account back now, but it's a safe guide for your new account.

Yea well, I don't have that...

you do not need to have access to current email, etc on the account.

first you need to self lock your steam account,
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/01DE-9E83-B094-313B

most emails sent by steam, especially recent changes e-mails have a self lock link

when you click that link, choose options that indicate you cannot do the action presented and you will eventually get to a screen that has a lock code, save the lock url in a safe location

when successful your account will be unable to make additional changes

after thats done,
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/3944-4D89-1B3E-27DE

when you do the self recovery you select all options that indicate that you can't provide and it will finally take you to a form you can submit to steam support

steam support will let you know what options you have to recover your account, submit the proof of ownership they ask for

LOG OUT of steam completely,
go there https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithLoginInfo?accountsearch=1&issueid=408&reset=1 , enter your account name, then do the captcha, then click search.

then "i no longer have access to this phone number"

then "i no longer have access to this email adress"

then there's the page to proof ownership for the account.

I didn't get a recent email change message to my email. I only received a message on my phone number quoting that steam support has removed this number from the account "xxx" Contact us if you didn't request this. That's it.

Also I have no proof of payment because I didn't add funds to steam via paypal or mastercard (which are connected to the account tho) but I bought skins and such from third-party sites like bitskins and such. And traded stuff over to that account from my other accounts. Seems like this is a hopeless mission tbh... but hey, a lesson learned.
