steam count hours in 2 weeks but not in total
how to fix this?

What do you mean? Your profile always shows the past 2 weeks only, that's what it's supposed to do.

its increse hours in 2 weeks but total hours is stucked.

What "total" do you mean? Do you mean the "X hours on record" on the respective game?
