Also not sure how you having trouble moving them, on Steam open settings > storage > Check the boxes for the games you want to move to other drive > Click move > Select the drive want it on, then click move, and let it done it done.
If want to do it manually, you have to figure out the game ID number as that be the appmanifest you need to cut & paste to the other drive, then move game folder, don't do this while steam running, then launch steam, and should detect your games in their new places.
During the old way, you can select multiple games by clicking on one from the list, then scroll down to last game want to move, hold shift, then click last game this select all the games between the 1st and last click in the list, then can use option to mass move them, another way is if want to deselect a game, or want to just select certain games, had to hold ctrl then click said game, then right click on highlight games then select your option to mass move all your highlight games you selected. The new way is WAY more simple, and easy on people so less chances of misclicking things.
Steam added some QoL features over the years, my fav as of recent is notes for games, can have notes in overlay, can have it show as well while playing without even needing to leave the game at all, really useful, and even support images you copy, and paste right into the notes.
