Help! Sudden session iniciation notification during gameplay

I was playing Team Fortress 2 for an hour when a message appeared saying a session was iniciated. It wouldn't load in or out of the game( which idk if it's a me problem or Steam), so I immediately closed TF2 and changed my password, and went to check where this session was iniciated. They were all in the estate of São Paulo, Brazil (where I live), but the cities were very random and rarely was one that I've visited.

Did I almost/definitively lost my account? I checked my cellphone and email for Steam Guard but there was nothing except the messages of my password change.

Ok, I did all of that, but I still don't understand why Steam didnt load the other session info.
