Next try to change the setting for "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views." Then restart Steam from complete exit (i.e. from Steam>Exit).
- Open Windows Powershell or Command Prompt as Administrator.
- Type: "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" (without quotes). Wait for process to complete.
- Type: sfc /scannow. Wait.
If after running the above, corrupt files were detected and replaced, but if that has not solved the problem then I would next check your Antivirus logs to see if it was blocking Steam or its processes."Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.2215]
