Have you tried uninstalling the update? Settings->Windows Update->Update history->Uninstall updates
I did hear this month's updates might be a bit troublesome.

Yes I delete it and a new start not help. I cant not play my games anymore, cause from this account you cant go to your games, cause they are on another Steam/ Valve server.
Support WIN says. that I reinstall WIN 11 again...
No way. Only the built a crab Update.

Try the dism and SFC fixes next.

Another fix is to delete all files in your Steam folder except steam.exe, steamapps folder, and userdata folder. Re-launch steam.exe to force all Client files to re-download.
Sorry it wasn't help. The thing is that the .exe is not starting.
It seams is a bigger Problem.
I reinstall from the Bin the files back.
I guess it gives no way to start games anymore.
And it gives no way to start games from here, cause its another server.
Well....
Repair the Steam Service
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/22C0-03D0-AE4B-04E8#repair

... Please try repairing the Steam service: 1. Exit Steam. 2. Click Start > Run (Windows Key + R). 3. Type the following command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair 4. Launch Steam and test the issue again. Note: This command requires administrator privileges and may take a few minutes. If you have installed Steam to another path, please replace C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam with the correct path.
Thank you for help.
There was a patch from Windows now.
Now I can use Steam again like before.
:-)
