Steam is having issues

as the title says i've been having a lot of issues since last month on steam: everytime i try to download something it gives me either the disk write error or corrupt data error, i've tried countless times to solve this problem with everything, even rebooting my whole pc formatting it, but it still is a big problem for me. A game has completly uninstalled even tough the files are there and it asks me to re-download it for scrap for a 200mb update. These issues are driving me further every day from this platform since even the steam support apparently doesnt work for me. this said does anyone know why my steam has been so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ messed up or am i the only one that is getting all these issues (fyi my pc is a pretty solid gaming pc and i bought it like 5 months ago, so i doubt something has broke since other than steam no platform give me these issues)
