Problema con aggiornamenti / Update problem

Salve, da quanto ho fatto l'upgrade alla FTTH ho problemi con gli aggiornamenti dei giochi. Prova a fare l'aggiornamento ma poi esce "connessione scaduta".

Quindi mi viene da pensare ancora c'è il firewall che impedisce il download, avendo una TIM Hub+ vi giro una screen per aprire manualmente le porte per Steam... voglio solo capire cosa inserire nei riquadri in rosso:
