CoD Modern Warfare Warzone fatal error at startup

Need help fixing Warzone starting up. I am getting an error starting the game up.
Here is the error message.

0xc000001d ModernWarfare.exe

The game does not load into the main menu or logo and I don't know why. Can anyone help?.

I have not been able to play this game, and it has not loaded to main menu not even 1 time.
Maybe there is a codec or Microsoft C++ program I need to have installed?. Please help as soon as possible so I can play this cool game, it looks awesome.

Here are my system configurations.
Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.8
Nvidia GTX 960 2gb
DDR3 8gb
Windows 10 x64

0xc000001d means illegal instruction. In this case, Core 2 cpus don't support POPCNT.
It's a pretty stupid and trivial instruction though, so you may want to try to ping the devs if they can remove it.

I didn't know about POPCNT, now I know it is my cpu, thank you. I hope they update the game soon so people with Core 2 Quad cpus are able to play the game.

I'm not sure if they know in the first place though, especially considering this annoyance is there at least since the beta 6 months ago.
Make a thread on their forums and ask if some dev can check it.
