A lot of black spots flickering in all 3D games, on only some 3d textures

Hello, so in all 3D games like cs go or pubg a lot of black spots keep flickering and appearing in same spots. I had done a little overclock, but I dont think its that becouse stress test dont crash my pc or have black spots, it hadnt reached above 70 celsius. I have a gtx 460 gpu. I have tried uninstalling gpu driver with ddu, and reinstalling, installing older drivers, i had tested ram, reinserted gpu, tried another monitor cable. In videos you can see the problem. well dont OC while testing it, could you have SLI cards ? enable sli again. every time i update my old burnout graphic card they always disable sli.

other things could be a full performance issue, balance mode is reduce overall pc resource and could be a issue.


Nvidia controll panel.
and do check nvidia physx that it is primary gfx card and not intel onboard or cpu , this has also been seen before.
