I have a problem with my nvidia gtx 1050 ti graphics card

About a week ago my pc started making an annoying noise (as if trying to take off), so I looked inside the pc, cleaned it, cleaned the fans, changed the CPU thermal paste, but nothing.
It keeps making the same noise, until today I have seen that when it makes that noise, one of the fans of the graphics card stops and turns again in 2 seconds, which is not because that graphics fan stops and It resumes, but it is followed, what should I do to make that fan turn normal and not stop and make no noise?

So the loud taking off noise from the GPU that you confirm?

- If so then did you set any custom fan curve?

- Download any software that does anything to your GPU, or uninstall something that was needed to manage you GPU fan control?

- Is the GPU overheating while the loud of taking off noise happening?

- Is this loud taking off noise last short time, like few seconds, or much longer, or whole time while doing something like playing a game?

Normally the manufacturer would offer 3 - 5 years warranty which you contact your manufacturer, you may need to provide proof of purchase such as receipt from the store you bought it from.

1. No.
2. As far as I remember, do not uninstall or install software, nor do you remove anything.
3. Suppose not, because I installed the speccy and I have seen that it is at a stable temperature (at most it went up to 45ºC).
4. The noise is as if the engine of a car starts but lasts 2 seconds, then it does not make that noise and after 10 seconds the noise returns.

Try getting software for your GPU, and set a fan curve, and see if that resolve your issues.

For GPU to make noise that of a jet, or taking off, a fan must be going very high rpm, meaning fan spinning a very fast.

There few places this can happen, cpu heatsink, GPU, power supply/pay, or extra fans on the side of the case. That why it's best to confirm which fans are spinning as if it was taking off like a jet.

GPU can have one fan slow down, or stop if not needed for cooling the GPU if one fan efficient enough for cooling, as some manufacture design for GPU in question.
