Trust factor won't go up

Back in January 2020 my steam account got hacked and according to my DSM clan some guy has been cheating on my account. Steam happily recovered my account but now I have low trust factor in cs go. I read all forums saying that the only way to improve trust factor is to be a positive member of the community and so on. We are now 2 months further and I have more than 100 hours more on cs go but my trust just won't increase. Can somebody tell me how it really works? I was also wondering if I would ever be able to get my trust back and if not playing cs go for like a month will solve this problem? Btw I have prime and loyalty badge (bought cs go back in 2016) Cs go means a lot to me and I am very depressed about this situation.
