Steam Content preference not working.

Hello. I saw that the steam content preferences choice isn't working. I check the boxes and it just resets after I refresh it. I noticed this after I saw one of my own items give me a warning that I was to have it hidden based on my preferences.

For small updates during maintenance, no.

Yeah, that's why i deleted my comment. There were changes made but not a client side update since i didn't had to restart my client and was never prompted to update.

Did you guys experience error 105? also someone sold my Dota 2 items to community market without even noticing it. Try to reformat my laptop last week still the hacker was able to sell my items? I have used steam guard and even changed my password. Can anyone help me? I can't even changed my password because I can't get through the server.

Bit annoyed with this update tbh. I've filtered that i am okay with mature/adult content and then everytime i check my friends profiles, their normal games and pictures are all being censored, i return to see it all unchecked. So i check them all that i'm fine with it, i change the tab and return to the prefferences to see if there is an issue, and it still unchecks them all. I'm wondering if they didn't do any test runs before applying it to everyone.

From what I gathered, it seems the checkbox on the Community side of Adult Only is bugged. Using the rest it all saves, but putting a checkmark on that one resets stuff.

Thanks for the possible help and i have checked the page, but i'm not one for temp fixes. All i can do is wait for someone who knows what they are doing in Valve to fix the issues or revert the changes.

Fun fact also, apparently you can check mark everything except "Adult Content" and that will save, once you check the last box, it will remove all them changes completely.

Well as i've posted on other discussions, i'll wait for a official fix, while its not a platform killer, it does annoy me with alot of screenshots and artwork being either hidden or removed. If they manage to get the censorship checkboxes all fixed and it works as intended, then that will help people in what they prefer to see etc, but in the meantime its a detriment.

Yes, because the "Adult Only Content" option is what causes the bug. You can also check all of them except "Violence and Gore" (the second option) and it will also save, but a looot of games will be blurred out. For now, the only workaround is on that discussion thread I linked.
