second steam account for second rust game to manage rust server

Thinking about hosting a rust server. As my steam account is well established i wish to create a new account for the sole purpose of managing a rust server. is this allowed. ?if so how do i accomplish this.

There is nothing in the steam TOS against creating alt accounts.
To create a new steam account, all you have to do is sign out sign up.
