Do the "Demo", "DLC", and "Mod" things have a name?
When you look at a Demo, DLC, or Mod there will be a thing in the corner of the banner or grid that says it. Like every DLC has a Purple part in the top left corner that says "DLC"

This most definitely makes zero sense. Sorry.

You are right thats why I went with the "DLC" ones because I knew Entropy: Zero did not have them. But are they called "Banners" thats my main focus here. I want to know the names to find each one for a project I want to work on.

They're actually called ribbons. I just say banners.

If they are called ribbons why can I not find anything on them? I have looked in the Steam folder, the Steamworks website and rn looking though the "Valve Developer Community" site. I feel like this should not be as hard as it is.
If someone have a link to a .png of them i'm interested, especially the mod one, with the alpha chanel and the nice shadow effect. I have try everything to found them, they don't exist in steam files or web site, they are not an over layer, but directly in the header image. However they are all exactly the same, to the pixel, so the original layer must exist, somewhere ...

Hello, Sorry for the random message But I was able to find what I think to be all of them. not in a folder, sadly, but it seems that they are just App Type tags or banners; I still don't know the name other than they are App Types.

All the app types are Game, Unknown, DLC*, Legacy Media*, Tool, Demo*, Application, Music*, and Video.

The ones with an * are the ones that I have seen to always have one of those banner tags. The easiest way to find them and crop them out is through SteamDB.

I hope this helps with anything.
