Humblebundle region locked keys or worldwide keys?

Title. Basically what im asking is that if i were to buy a bundle for my friend that cant afford it at this time and probably wont before it ends, can i gift him the keys even tho i live in Czechia, EU and he lives in Russia?

No trolling, serious answers. Wouldnt want to waste money if it cant be gifted.

It depends on the game, check the SteamGifts forum, they usually have pretty comprehensive bundle threads and will list region restrictions for each game.

I have never worked with steamgifts forum, could you check for me if i were to give you the info on what the bundle contains? Its the coop one that is gonna expire in like 5 days and it includes Back4Blood that we mostly want as well as the zombie sniper elites (trilogy and the newer one)

Back 4 Blood seems to be the only region restricted game in that Bundle, The EU version cannot be activated in Russia,

I already told my friend to ask, tho i dont know how long it will take for them to respond. Never had to contact them yet so i dont know their response times.

Either way, ♥♥♥♥ move. There are a lot of people in Russia that dont agree with whats happening and yet they are being punished by this bullsh*t.. But hey, after all its humblebundle that is losing tons of money so there is at least a small punishment for such a dumb move.
