will cash on dilevery work for changing steam region
hello I am an Indian and was living in saudi as resident recently shifte to india coz of studies and have some money in my steam wallet need to buy a game using it but according to steam you cant buy a game from wallet unless you change wallet region for that have to purchase a game so if I purchase a game with cash on dilevery will it change my wallet region

If Steam accepts it as a valid payment method as per that list then it should work. However only somebody who's been in your position could give a definitive answer.

All you can do is try it and see or wait and hope somebody who knows the answer comes along.
