Purchase made, money taken, but no product

Just moments ago, I tried purchasing a game on Steam. As many times before, I chose the credit card, validated the Steam purchase in my mobile banking, but then I received the notification from Steam that "processor is unavailable" and "purchase was not made" or somesuch. No game added to the library, but my mobile banking shows money being taken or at least blocked by Steam.

Please advise on how to obtain the game I paid for.

It is a hold placed on the funds by your bank. If the purchase failed your bank will release the fund back to you in a few days.

Steam never got the money so you didn't get the game.

First & foremost, check whether the transaction is pending or failed.
