How do you log support ticket?

How on earth do you raise a support ticket? I've gone on Steam support, but all I'm getting is options for self help?

I'm having a total brain fart, as I've raised a couple of tickets in the past.

You click through the self-help options until they no longer suffice. Or the topic is something Steam support can't really help with, there won't be any ticket in that case though.

What is it that you need help with?

Steam only offers the option to file a ticket in cases where they can actually help.

As ReBoot already said, give us the gist of the issue so we can point you in the right direction.

What issue are you having? Some things Support can't help with which is why there is no route to create a ticket.

At upper left part of Steam client click "Help" then go through "Steam Support" -> "My Account" -> "Data Related To Your Steam Account" -> scroll all the way down -> "Contact Steam Support".

Thanks guys, appreciate the help.

Issue is now resolved. It was basically for Death Stranding, as I got the Directors Cut version with HB Choice. I already owned the standard version and couldn't activate the key. I did originally have a look in the discussions for the game, though couldn't see anything. I was in a bit of a rush, and obviously didn't look properly, as I looked again and found the answer to my issue.
