Constant freezing of the games on the Steam deck

Hello all,

I bought the Steam Deck (512GB) a while ago. Unfortunately, all the games (verified) keep hanging in between. The music continues but the image is frozen. I can then only quit the game the deck itself continues to work, only the game no longer goes.

Sometimes it goes well for hours and sometimes it freezes so often that a pleasant play is impossible.

Just yesterday Hogwarts Legacy froze three times in a row and then I didn't feel like playing anymore.

This is not how I imagined the deck for the money.
Is this normal? Has anyone had similar experiences? Or is there a defect here?
