Apex legends controller settings.

Hi guys, new to all this steam stuff just built my pc.
I'm having trouble reverting my apex legends controller settings.
My current layout is a community posted layout which I dont like, now I can't go back to the original template does anyone know how to fix this ?

When I go to apply apex legends: Gamepad

This fault comes up;
RaiseJSException: Method call failed: Input.GetConfigForAppAndController call had invalid argument (arg 0): double_value: nan
