A user on this platform is DOX’ me

A user, actually two. Are using my full name and my wife’s full name and profile picture. They are going into global chat on Rust and saying inappropriate things to my 13 yr old child. They have been reported, yet their profile is still active. They have also done this to someone else l, and they themselves reported the player. I’m wondering why the admins of steam have yet to do anything. I have pictures and steam ID for proof.

You can go as far as making a ticket but don't expect support to tell you what they do with the accounts involved.
