Games Either corrupt or missing
So basically i got a micro sd card to store games, on other tlaucnher e.f epic games everything works fine, the game installs on the card and i can play it, however nothing works on steam no matter what I do, Ive done everything I can think of such as viewing game integrity, deleting steam, repair folder etc.

I found out there are some missing files so i install an application where I can see deleted files and somehow all the game files are there, I recovered them and went to reinstall a game on steam again, but it keeps stopping after verification and says missing or corrupt files. Then the game files appear as deleted permanently and i have to keep on recovering them.

Can someone please help

External drives, especially cards like yours, can have brief connection timeouts. And that's when Steam gets confused. The client expects, that the files are there, when it is running. If it can't detect them, even briefly, it assumes, that they are uninstalled.

The easiest solution is to install the client onto the drive as well.

Yeah, Steam is basically...always looking to be online for stuff such as downloads/updates. That's why they state even external harddrives aren't the best for gaming.
