Slow download on Steam, but fast on Torrent and Epic
Hi, i have small problem. I have very slow download on Steam (2 Mbs), but normal speed on other platforms (32 Mbs). I have LAN and a tried change download region a delete download cache. Can anyone help me please?

That's normal because Steam does file manipulation and download at the same time, throttling the download if the storage medium cannot keep up with applying the file diffs.

Is this speed constant, does it fluctuate between phases of full and zero speed, or does it slowly decrease over time?
In the second case, your hardware, most likely your hard drive, cannot keep up with the download. Steam does not simply save files, but unpacks and processes them right along; something that is done after finishing the download on other platforms.
In the third case, it has been reported over the last few months, that the download cache of Windows 10 and 11 is causing troubles with Steam, as it gets completely cluttered. Turning it off has helped in various cases.

Other than getting a good M.2 SSD? no.
