i've received to start chat this discord user SOLO#1662
so there's someone else said that my account has reported due to stealing item and then the guy who reported me contact me on discord that he said "i was report wrong account and my account and you(mine) are gonna to be suspended" and he received a ticket that include discord username SOLO#1662 for complaint/claim that he wrong reported account and i didn't stole any item on steam shop.
