Well, something happened and I can't ask in game hub for now, so I'm asking here.
Overall, my question maybe should ask " How to check if game disable achievements if mods are installed"
Have you been banned from that game hub
No, it's different reason
And again the answer is 'it depends'
Darkest Dungeon does not disable achievements with mods
Most Paradox games (Stellaris/CK3) require you to run ironman mode to get achievements which disables certain kinds of mods (generally cosmetic mods are ok but changing game attributes is not)

Yeah
If it's a mod that is NOT supply by the game own workshop run by game dev / publisher, using a workshop partnership such as Steam Workshop, Mod.io, or etc THAT CAN BE MANAGE BY GAME DEV/PUBLISHER, or doesn't have anti cheat built into the game system to detect cheating in some kind of way, then it does not disable achievements.
Nexus mods, ModDB, and etc DO NOT HAVE partnership with publishers or else a LOT of mods would've been removed if haven't clue in which why they host NSFW, Copyright content, and so on, as those sites are run 3rd party on their own, and can not be control by game devs, or publisher.
EXAMPLE 1 Skyrim / Fallout 4 has built-in workshop in their game, when you ACTIVATE mod, it FLAGS the game that you're using a mod, and may disable achievements.
EXAMPLE 2 games like Deep Rock Galactic, or etc that uses workshop, may have a FLAG system, where you ACTIVATE it same as EXAMPLE 1 but this is not RUN by GAME DEV / Publisher servers, it is RUN by another source company such as Steam, mod.io, or etc grant permission to the game dev / publisher to manage other people mods by either blocking, or removing content if they don't want despite not their service.
EXAMPLE 3 Sites like Nexusmods, moddb, or etc do not work for, nor with devs and publishers, as they're private own group, they do not need to listen, or take orders from them period because they're not selling, or giving away their game, or code as there no legal grounds for them to try do so, hence why it's community controlled, and private group control that can manage it how they see fit, game devs can not flag these mods from these places because it requires DEV to know about the mod, and how to flag it in the 1st place, but people make mods to BYPASS problems such as that to not disable achievements. Example Fallout 4 with Enable achievements Mod which bypass game flag system. If you do not know if game has in-game anti cheat in it, ask in the game own forum, or ask in the mod community about it.
Hopefully this answers your question.
