Report a translation problem
You just start the game which in turn will start Rockstar Social Club and link your game copy with your Steam account automatically.
You only get a key for GTA 5 if you buy it outside of Steam and those versions are Rockstar Social Club only.
Box/retail copy the key should be in the box.
Humble, etc should be showing you the key on the page right after you buy, and of course you can review all your keys at any time and just look down the list. If GTA 5 isn't there then the purchase didn't happen so try again.
