I do not get any card drops from games that i bought and played, cant find steam help section

It doesnt matter how long i stay in game i do not receive any steam trading cards, recently i bought lots of games only for receiving trade card and it doesnt work. i try to get help from steam support but i cant find the section that i can receive help

A newly activated game will usually start dropping cards around the 2 hour mark. Also if you let the game set for 2 weeks it will drop cards before the 2 hour mark. This has a lot to do with the refund time limits.

Refunding too many games will set the drop counter to start after 3 hours.

Mountain 2.2 hours
Make America Great Again : The Trump Presidency 38 minutes
Drizzlepath: Deja Vu 39 minutes
Urban Trial Freestyle 38 minutes
SoundSelf: A Technodelic 38 minutes
Retrowave 83 minutes
Fran Bow 38 minutes

none of those are free games and as i know trading card time periods are 5 - 15 - 30 - 60 minutes so during one of those time period i must get one drop at least as i know

Card drops are determined by the developers and most require at least 2 hours of play. There is also no 15 minute increments and there never has been. Not all games have cards either and your play times are minimal so it's no surprise you haven't received cards yet.

Then you should know how it works. Sub 40 minutes on games likely wont trigger a drop. If you have a small amount of games then just multi-idle for a couple of hours and obtain the lot.
