How to write to technical support

I wanted to write to steam support with a request that is not in the list of questions in the "Steam Support" section. I would like to ask if it is possible at the moment to write there asking for help. The thing is, my main Steam account was hacked. The attacker changed the password, mail and removed the phone number from the account. Now my mail has been restored and I have blocked my account using the link that Steam sends when changing the password. When I restore my account and select the item "My account was hacked", I am sent to this "Support Service", where they simply offer me to change my password, but the attacker changed my mail. I chose that I do not have access to the mail of the account. I would like to write to Steam support, but I can't find how to do it. Please help me write to Steam support ;D

If step 1 isn't possible, skip it and proceed from step 2. Along the way you can indicate you don't have access to mail, phone, etc. You might need to enter a wrong email/phone number to get the "I no longer have access prompt". At the end you'll make the ticket.
