How to add Virtual Mastercard to Steam wallet

I have a virtual mastercard so im wondering if i can add the $25 to my steam wallet. Will i get a bill if there is taxes or do they take that out of the amount thats left on the card? Im sorry im a noob cause this is my first virtual card.

Taxes don't apply until you make a purchase.

In the US, taxes only apply when you make a purchase with the money.

Yep when i buy anything i always make sure theres enough left over to cover taxes
