Download speed stuck at 1.9MB/s on Cod warzone

I am trying to download cod warzone and my download speed is stuck at 1.9MB/s, I have a internet connection speed of 15 MB/s and it shows when I try to download any game from epic games. I recently even downloaded Forza horizon 4 from steam at a constant speed of 10MB/s and above. But now when I am trying to get cod warzone, the speed is so slow. Still I kept it downloading for a whole night like 6 hours but the download was stuck at 26gb and it said the file was corrupted, and this wasn't once, it happened 3 times over. I deleted all the download files , even reinstalled steam before trying to download again but nothing seems to work.
Another wierd thing is I also tried battle net for downloading the same game but it too was stuck at 1.MB/s ! What is going on , can someone help ?

Yes I did, I switched to multiple regions but all of them had the same download speed. It is currently set to default 'mumbai'

I had a look at the wifi performance in task manager and it's pulling 15.4 Mbps right now. Also , all of that is going to steam.

I've tried downloading different games on steam but download speed for all of them is capped at 1.9 MB/s

Task Manager uses Megabit.
15.4 Megabit equal 1.9 Megabyte per second.

Have you tried a wired connection over ethernet?

Wifi easily suffers from poor performance due to bad signal quality or strength, even interference.
