Why is my library hiding/showing blank (black) page?
When ever I try to open my library on this one laptop, it either shows blank page under top header, or shows my library but when I try to mouse over it, it slides down faster than my cursor and hides. Tried uninstall and reinstalling Steam, updated Windows to latest and everything like that. Nothing seems to work. Please help. I have run out of ideas here. Store tab works just fine, but library is "hiding".

Disable "gpu accelerated rendering in web views" in the Settings > Interface menu.

Thanks! That worked just fine. I had no idea it was all about that setting, as it has been working fine here before.

I exactly had this same issue when i tested something few weeks ago. I had disabled/uninstalled the integrated intel gpu, so windows was using its own drivers for it which clearly had brought up this issue.

There was a Windows update that initially made this happen as well.
