Remote play "Please Hold" popup

Whenever me and my friend try to remote play a game, it lets me in but there's a popup saying "Please hold, input is temporarily disabled while the host is busy." even if hes on the remote play tab. We've tried restarting our computers, messing with steam settings, and nothing works. Game is Rainworld.

Exactly the same problem, I think this is a temporary problem and Steam will notice this error.
