Error: Failed to find an active context
I'm going back to an older game and re-downloaded "Insurgency". However, Steam crashes upon loading the game with the error:

SP Shared JS Context-'SharedJSCo': ERROR: https://steamloopback.host/library.js:2: Failed to find an active context, will fall back to (SteamLibraryWindow_uid220)

Does anyone have context for why this error may be presenting itself?
