Steam Support can not do anything about VAC bans.
VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

Account sharing is not allowed and it is grounds to have all account involved terminated.

What you were doing when the ban was applied is irrelevant.
Go back in time and don't do the things that earned the VAC ban.
No. Any arguments or excuses you could make would have already been exploited to oblivion by everyone just looking to get out of a ban.
Again, understanding the system you're using would remove any delusions about reversing permanent bans the account has earned.
VAC bans are permanent.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).
Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it
the only vac bans that get removed are the ones that are falsely applied. falsely applied means vac misidentified a process as a cheat. if vac detected a cheat, the ban is correctly applied and permanent, any and all accounts with the same phone number at the time of the cheat being detected get banned at the same time, no if's, and's, or but's.
Its not wrong. Your 'brother' or whoever you thought using your phone number was cool is the one in the wrong
Stop blaming everyone else and blame your 'brother'. They got you banned. No one else. They're a cheater and a liar. Go blame them.
