Steam keeps disconnecting me for no reason ONLY when i try to join/host a game.

Hello, I've been having this problem for the past 2 weeks, where everytime i try to join/host someones game my steam disconnects, my discord ping shoots up to 5000, then my steam disconnects, then if i stop trying to join it goes back to normal.

I've tried searching online but can't really find much. I turned off my firewall, changed my dns, uninstalled steam and the games, turned off iPv6 because i saw that might be a problem, flushed my dns, reset my network settings, cleared my cache, updated my drivers and my computer, but yet the problem still consists.

I would appreciate if someone could help, because this is painfully annoying.

Dont forget ask own ISP, if everything is work as intended. and im sure you test with cable.
wifi is dead for gamers that know better, if you are casual player then fix wifi and or live with latency, and technicaly worse network respond time.

Google bad packets test and speed test. such things matter do you get what you paid for.
i can also say are you alone on own lan, multi user can be a issue with bandwide. QoS or other ip traffic app aka network mangement can cause greef on own lan, same as IP netradio

Sense some dont have analog reciver, all those things can lead to DC, its simple then you know , but very complicated then what cause this. and this is why its mention, we cant see what ppl has on own lan, only you know that.

Any unit on own lan, tablet to phone to whatever has ip access.

Many forget we come from 1 pc and own ISP connection, this is not so anymore. and if you know Ethernet, its build on that, technical you can call it keep alive issue, and yet it dont fit, if app cause this. or lack of update pc to network drivers. ( its here its get hard to ID , and you need to rethink and retest where do it come from or combination of to much even. )

this is seen as you hang to long i dont get reply from app that it fail to do so, why that is i dont know and it look like 3 minute Cooldown known as poisen revesed ( its a network term ) you ISP know this if i guess correctly, just because i have a idea dont mean i know what cause this on your network into own ISP, and test with spare pc can be best advice can you repete it there.
