Nope.
Get it on GoG.

Anyways, I think it would be beneficial to all Steam customers to either have Price Matching on Steam, or have some sort of policy that ensures Pricing Parity on Steam.
The situation I detailed above should not be a thing. I get that sales prices can be different sometimes, but the base retail price should not be marked up so much higher on Steam than on other stores.
That's a publisher / developer that is taking advantage of the Steam platform and its user base. That should NOT be a thing, and Valve should look into it.

Those other sites don't have this type of bundle.
If the Tyranny - Gold Edition is available for $49.99 on GOG and EGS then I expect it to be the same base price here on Steam, and not the ridiculous $75.95 it is now.
Anyways, obviously I'm not going to buy it directly on Steam and will look at other ways to acquire the game.
Edit: Just to clarify what I mean by that I mean the loads of official keysellers listed on "isthereanydeal". Those will all deal with Steam keys, and the lowest prices are comparable or better than GOG / EGS here. I'll wait on sales with them, but unfortunately, Valve doesn't see any money on that key sale, so I'd rather buy it directly here, but the pricing isn't fair.
I won't buy on GOG as you suggested, because it's a dying store and I've have problems with it in the past. I'd rather buy on EGS than GOG, but I have no desire to buy something there either.

Please note gray market don't work directly with devs, and allow individual resellers, so if seller give you fake key, or used, contact the site support, and they have seller give you new key, or they give you new one, or a refund, think of eBay if that help make it easier to understand.
If you ask why it so much cheaper, that because bundle sites, when this appear in bundle it was dirt cheap, so people bought in bulk and that why it dirt cheap still on Gary market.
It matters 100%.
On Steam, it is a tailored bundle regardless of it being on sale or not.
Other sites don't have tailored bundles.
I would think that a developer or publisher would want to be fair to Steam customers, because a sale on Steam could be viewed as "more valuable" because of the algorithm and gaining more visibility, or "trending" on the most popular PC platform would lead to even more sales.
Like I said, I get that sometimes sales prices can be different, but the base price of a game should not be higher on one store than it is on others. If Valve wants to prevent them, then good on them and I'd support them on that and I hope they win the court battle.
Thanks for trying to offer some help and assistance here. I really appreciate that, but I think I will just wait until I see the Gold Edition on sale at one of the official key retailers that deal in Steam keys. I'd just feel more comfortable doing it that way.
I just looked around and you can find these bundles all over Steam that are priced equally. Pathfinder: Kingmaker Imperial Edition are both the same base price on Steam and GOG. Same deal with Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and the same deal with Wasteland 3 Colorado Collection.
I'm sure I could find countless other examples also. So, no, it doesn't 100% matter. Steam users are getting screwed here when it comes to Tyranny - Gold Edition.
I won't respond to you again.
I can't remember there was another game that like this, but what publisher did is raise the prices on other stores, instead of lowering it, pretty low ball I know.
If it's not listed here you should not use those sites as they are almost always stealing from the game devs and steam and you risk the game not working at all and losing the money you paid for it:

Also region restriction keys won't work if trying to redeem it in region your account not set to, that why sellers can't jump to doing this method, but doesn't mean no one wouldn't do it.
