You login to accounts by account name and password, not email that was added.
Just to solve your question what email is attached to it.
2. Same thing as 1. Not sure why you repeating same thing.
3. Solve your login issue.
When doing email change, you need to go to previous email, and verify the change, then you can go to your new/replaced email for login code.
Otherwise if you can't login no matter what, and you fail to verify email change, as well no access to previous email that was link, then you have to do account recovery.
Steps:
1. Do password forget on Steam website via browser.
2. Enter in false email such as ehdudhjr@dhdhjd.xom this should fail email search, and ask if want to search for login name, click that then search by login name.
3. Click NO to all questions, when get to password page, click I forgot password, then you be at the forum to fill out to recover account. Please note support will ask for proof of ownership, such as Steam wallet key you redeem, credit card, or any other method to prove you're the owner of the account.
