my awp skin wont sell and its the cheapest on the market

i recently cased a awp neo-noir field tested and i decided to sell it i looked at the prices and requests and put it up as cheap ad i needed it for it to sell mine is up for 23 and the next cheapest is 26 same quality. about 3-11 of these skins same quality sell a day for more than mine . whys mines not selling?

Because people can choose who to purchase from since it is a non-commodity item and not just use the buy orders.

People go for the better float values and yours is probably a bad/high value.
