How to reset all progress/mods/custom/campaigns for a particular game

I asked this question in the TABS (Totally Accurate Battle Simulator) forum too, but as there is no built-in way to do this for that game, maybe Steam has a way to do this at the Steam id/user level for any game?

Just to close this out, I reached out directly to [e-mail] and their suggestion was, in fact, to reach out to Steam:

"Unfortunately there is no easy way to reset the progress in the game. Your campaign progress is saved in the cloud, so you would need to remove your Steam cloud save in order to reset.

You can try the steps suggested here or try reaching out to Steam Support to see if they can help you remove the cloud save for the game."
