How to have review showcase of steam?

I saw on a guy's profile a review showcase with steam as the game

You would either have to replace one of your current showcases since at level 41 you only get 4 showcases or you can get around the 1 showcase per 10 levels by purchasing an additional showcase (Review showcase) from the points shop...
