Steam game save files
Does anyone know where steam saves game data at? I've found some but others I can't.

Steam doesnt handle saves. Devs decide where they want to store the saves.
They can be in the Steam Userdata, Documents, MyGames, Appdata, or in the game folder.

Just search in this places, use google or name the game.

The developers determine where the save files are located.

Use GameSaveManager which will scan for all saves, show you where they are located and back them up for you.

If you're just interested in individual games then PCGaming wiki is usually a good place to find the info.

If you have them locally, then you can use them, if they are profile specific you just have to rename the folder name to the current profile or just copy pasta content over, well you have your manual work cut out for you.

If you don't have them locally, then you lost everything, that is if you don't have access to your account.

Cloud saves are part of the account.

FYI if you ever unistall steam, everything in steam folder gets deleted, all local steam screenshots, games you've installed there, and games that chose to have their save files in steam folder instead in OS user folder somewhere (my documents, my games, saved games, appdata)
