"Who's playing" on startup
Lately Steam starts to display strange window when I'm trying to start my games. It asks "who's playing" and when I click "close" button in top right corner of the window it closes and my games don't start.

I'm not going to answer this nonsense. It's not steam's business who's playing. It's my account, my PC, it can gf itself at that point.

Steam > Settings > Interface >>> Ask which account to use each time Steam starts

You may have to toggle that on/off a couple times to make it work properly. Others have had an issue with it the last few days.
