Launching Roblox from Steam

So I used to be able to set this up but everything I try now doesn't work. I want to launch Roblox from Steam as a non-steam game.

I have Roblox installed on my Windows laptop and it plays fine when I click the Roblox launcher outside of steam to play. When I select add a non-steam game, choose Roblox from the list of programs to set it up and then try to open it from Steam it installs the game instead of opening and playing it the game. When I manually locate the .exe for either Roblox or Roblox Beta in the Non-Steam game and try to load from steam the loading screen just hangs and nothing happens.

Any idea of how to get this working as I've seen other people having this issue recently.

I'm using this as the target "C:\Users\MarkD\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions\version-5b9b1cf48f794a49\RobloxPlayerBeta.exe" and this as Start In "C:\Users\MarkD\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions\version-5b9b1cf48f794a49\" but Roblox doesn't open. When I try this with Roblox Studio it opens fine.

i dont think taht roblox is even at steam... but you can get it for free in the microsoft app store. same with roblox studio.

you are correct. Roblox is not on steam itself, though you can add it as a non-steam game.

Open your library then click "Add a Game"
Then click "Add a Non-Steam game"
Then click "Roblox Player" then click "Add Selected Programs"
Then it should be in your library.
Doesnt work for me for some reason, sucks.
