I want to visit the Points Shop but the page has not been able to respond the last few weeks whenever I try to load the subpage

to buy a new mini profile background.

Every time I try to load the page I get a popup that says This page is not responding: There is 2 options available on that popup notification:

1. Close Page

2. Wait

I have tried both options.

Close page does just that but it seems to take up to 30 seconds to a minuet before the page closes.

Wait will keep the non responding page in loading mode and then a new popup will appear after 15 to 30 seconds that says: This page is not responding: There is 2 options available on that popup notification:

1. Close Page

2. Wait

So I keep choosing Wait and then a new popup will appear after 15 to 30 seconds that says: This page is not responding: There is 2 options available on that popup notification:

1. Close Page

2. Wait

So I keep choosing Wait

so on again and again until I finally give up after ½ hour or so.

Then I will try again a few days later.

I have tried using several different browsers

I have emptied (cleared) my browser cache several times on each browser

I have updated my PC

I have tried closing all other apps and internet page.

I have tried shutting power off several hours.... went shopping or to bed at night with Desktop PC power off. Etc

I have cleaned out my PC with air pressure outdoors so there is not one grain dust obstructing CPU fan, the other 2 cooling fans, and all circuitry, cooling blades, hard drives, and every corner and wire.

How can this be fixed?

I just want to visit the STEAM points shop, why is it such a difficult task?
